By using Fit My Curve ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

Fit My Curve is a free fit and styling recommendation tool. You tell us your size, height, proportions and preferences, and we suggest clothing from third-party retailers that is more likely to suit your body. We are a discovery aid — not a shop, not a tailor, and not professional fashion, medical or legal advice.

Estimates, not guarantees

Fit Match scores and fit guidance are estimates based on the information you provide and on product and size data we read from retailers. Sizing varies between brands, ranges and individual garments, and published measurements can change without notice. A good match score is our best estimate — not a promise that a garment will fit. Always check the retailer's own size guide and measurements before ordering.

Third-party retailers

We do not sell clothing. Purchases are made entirely from third-party retailers under their own terms, prices, delivery and returns policies. Prices, stock and availability are supplied by retailers and can change at any moment — the retailer's own product page is always the authoritative source. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, delivery or returns.

Affiliate links

Some links to retailers may earn us a small commission if you buy — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link, and commission never changes which products we show or how we rank them. See our affiliate disclosure for the full position.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time.

Intellectual property

The site's own text, design and data compilation belong to Fit My Curve. Product images and retailer names belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit My Curve is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, from reliance on a recommendation or fit estimate, or from dealings with any retailer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
