What to contact us about
- Size-chart corrections — if a measurement or size range we publish looks wrong, tell us the page and the number and we'll check and fix it.
- Retailer suggestions — want a shop added to our size comparison? Let us know which one.
- Feedback on a fit match — if our Fit Match got a garment wrong for you, that's genuinely useful; it helps sharpen future verdicts.
- Partnerships and press — for collaborations or media enquiries, email us with "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject line.
Data requests (UK GDPR)
For anything relating to your personal data under the UK GDPR — access, correction, or deletion — use the same address and mark your email clearly. We don't require an account, and your fit profile stays on your device, so in most cases there is nothing held about you on our side. You can read how we handle data in our privacy policy.
Corrections
Spotted a wrong price, size or product? Send us the product link and what looks wrong, and we'll investigate. We take accuracy seriously — published measurements are checked against retailer size guides.

Response times
Emails are monitored on weekdays. Data requests under the UK GDPR are actioned within one calendar month, as required by law. If your email is urgent, put the word URGENT in the subject line.
